Wet hair thoroughly. Apply shampoo to the scalp, roots, and lengths, massaging into a rich lather. Leave for 2–5 minutes to allow the active ingredients to absorb, then rinse well. Follow with conditioner on lengths and ends. Leave for 2–5 minutes, then wash off.
